Born and raised in Waterford, Michigan, where I still reside. I am an active volunteer in my community. I have been in the insurance industry for over 10 years, with experience in both Commercial and Personal Insurance policies. I enjoy helping people understand their insurance coverage and what they’re actually paying for. In my free time, you can find me in my vegetable garden, cooking in my kitchen or volunteering with the local CERT (Community Emergency Response Team). I also have a background in IT—earlier in my career, I worked with computers. Funny enough, people used to say problems would fix themselves the moment I showed up—apparently, computers were afraid of me! Weekends are usually spent outside working in the yard or garden, discovering new restaurants or relaxing with my favorite PC game. I'm proud to be a member of the Waterford Township Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), a FEMA-sponsored volunteer group trained to assist local police and fire departments in the event of an emergency.
