I have only had the pleasure of talking to these wonderful people over the phone but they are truly great at what they do. I don't as often give out many five stars but these people definitely deserve it. They go up and beyond to look and find the best claims and prices for all your insurance needs. Also my big plus for them so polite,patient,and quick to respond. They take there time with you,go over anything and everything,and make sure you understand all that you may need to know. But out of most places I have gone for insurance they really are the best of the best and I dont ever plan on going through anyone else again as long as there around.
This company stands on a sense of top notch professionalism that I appreciate and they come through in every way. My agent Celest is wonderful,keeps me notifed on things,and I couldnt ask for a better agent. You all are wonderful people thank you for everything you do. I have been with Champagne Agency since 2015 and I have NO intention in ever leaving them. Celeste is my agent and has been helping my parents and I for many many years. She is always on time and super professional. They are all incredibly amazing.
They know before hand if my insurance will be going up, and without me asking They are ON IT in looking for better rates. I truly trust Celest with our policies.
I have my home, auto and RV and my parents have their Home & Auto.
